773-FLATBED
Monthly and Long-Term Flatbed Semi Trailer Rental

Rental Process

To facilitate and expedite the entire rental process we have put together the following to help you get through the procedure so when you arrive we can get you back on the road as soon as possible.
We apologize for this lengthy process however our insurance company requires it.
We are glad you are choosing us for your flatbed provider and will do everything to make this a lasting relationship.
Please review the list below and if you have any questions feel free to call.
THIS WHOLE PROCESS CAN TAKE UP TO 3 DAYS, DEPENDING OF HOW FAST WE GET THE INSURANCE.

STEP 1
Fill out the TRAILER LEASE APPLICATION on this website and SUBMIT it.  Make sure that the information filled out is accurate and up to date.

STEP 2
A credit check will be run if you are not currently renting from us.  Please note, security deposit for new customers is $3,000 regardless of which trailer is rented and could vary depending on the credit report. We will then be able to determine the security deposit amount.  For our previous customers the deposit is usually one month’s rent.

STEP 3
Call and let us know the day and approximate time you will be at our rental facility to choose the trailer you want. After making your choice you will be provided with the information needed to give your insurance company (year, make, model, VIN number and trailer value).  From this they can produce a Certificate of Insurance (COI).

Our insurance agency requires:
- Auto Liability for 1 Million
- Physical Damage
- Under “DESCRIPTION OF VEHICLES” the year, make, VIN, and value must be added.
- Must list as LOSS PAYEE/CERTIFICATE HOLDER
GT EXPRESS INC./TRUCK AND TRAILER GROUP LLC
1781 E. RISSER STREET
KANKAKEE IL 60901
The insurance certificate must be sent to NICKR@TIREHOUSEINC.COM to be verified.

STEP 4
While the insurance is being taken care of, our repair shop has enough time to fully check your trailer for a smooth operation, any defects will be taken care of so you can get rolling.

STEP 5
Once the insurance certificate was verified and trailer got out of the shop, your trailer is ready to be picked up. Please arrive in the first half of the day, so we can get to the last step on the whole rental process

STEP 6 (FINAL STEP)
Sign the LEASE AGREEMENT and do the final trailer inspection.
We note all the small little dents, wear and tear, taking pictures of everything.
Security deposit and first month's rent (or proration) must be paid prior to trailer leaving our yard.
NOW YOU ARE GOOD TO GO!
